[Remote] Director, Advisor Consulting Marketing & Strategy

Meeder Investment Management is seeking a strategic and dynamic Director, Advisor Consulting Marketing & Strategy to reputed company marketing efforts for their Advisor Consulting business. This role involves collaborating with investment and distribution teams to reputed company effective marketing strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and enhance client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the marketing business partner to the Advisor Consulting Investment Team and Distribution Leadership
- Translate investment strategy and positioning into marketing initiatives that support growth in Meeder’s fund models, Private Wealth, and Meeder Edge solutions
- reputed company content and campaign development for Advisor Consulting investment solutions across channels (email, reputed company, webinars, print)
- reputed company segmented marketing journeys reputed company to advisor personas and channel-specific strategies
- Drive Meeder Investment Management’s corporate brand positioning, voice, and messaging architecture
- Own the marketing roadmap for corporate brand, PR, webinars, and conference reputed company
- Partner with Executive Leadership on high-visibility campaigns and initiatives
- Champion the use of Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copy.ai) to accelerate content creation, ideation, and campaign testing
- Collaborate with Data & Tech teams to incorporate AI in performance tracking and marketing automation
- Continually assess emerging AI capabilities to advance marketing productivity and personalization
- reputed company cross-functional collaboration with design, data, compliance, and distribution partners
- Manage agency and vendor relationships where applicable

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or reputed company field
- 10+ years of experience in financial services marketing or investment product strategy
- Strong understanding of investment solutions (mutual funds, SMAs, managed accounts) and advisor distribution models
- Executive reputed company and ability to influence senior leadership
- Proficiency in content strategy, integrated campaign execution, and sales enablement
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with a strategic reputed company
- Advanced proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
- Experience using or managing Generative AI tools to enhance content development and marketing scale
- MBA or CFA
