[Remote] Accountant (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant with a strong foundation in financial accounting, reputed company recognition, and multi-entity reporting. This remote role reports to the Manager of Financial Reporting, reputed company Recognition, and SOX Compliance and supports month-end reputed company, intercompany accounting, reputed company recognition activities, and ongoing enhancements reputed company the accounting function.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fluctuation analyses and financial schedules for assigned entities
• reputed company monthly balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations with a high degree of accuracy
• Review customer reputed company to support proper reputed company recognition under ASC 606
• Support month-end and year-end reputed company activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account analysis
• Assist with audit-reputed company requests by preparing schedules and supporting documentation
• Work reputed company ERP and consolidation systems (including OneStream) to support reporting and data accuracy
• Build and maintain basic-to-moderate automation solutions (e.g., RPA bots, workflow automation, reputed company/ power query- based tools, scripts) to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
• Participate in special projects including system implementations, reporting enhancements, and internal control (SOX) initiatives
• Uphold adherence to GAAP, internal policies, and internal control standards

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP, core accounting principles, and financial statements
• Experience with multi-entity accounting or consolidations
• Hands‑on experience with reconciliations, reputed company processes, and journal entries
• Experience working with a mid‑to‑large ERP system
• Ability to build or enhance accounting tools using reputed company (macros, formulas, templates, Power Query, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across departments
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• CPA certification (or actively pursuing)
• Experience with reputed company Costpoint, OneStream, reputed company or other ERP/ consolidation systems
• Hands-on experience with financial consolidation tools (OneStream, CFIN, reputed company Analytics Cloud, etc.)
• Experience with RPA tools or similar automation platforms
• Experience with technical accounting research and memo preparation
• Experience with data visualization/ reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
