[Remote] Family Building Consultant and Inside Sales - Donor reputed company

The Family Building Consultant role focuses on optimizing customer satisfaction through effective inside sales and client engagement in the fertility industry.
Responsibilities
- Educates families on their frozen donor reputed company plan options, empowering them to reputed company informed decisions
- Demonstrates expertise in DEB USA frozen donor reputed company plan selection process and adapts recommendations quickly to align with client needs
- Partners with patient throughout their journey from initiation to transition to contract and financing and recurring additions to their family
- Delivers superior client service on reputed company inbound and outbound calls, emails, and/or chat sessions while maintaining client privacy
- Enrolls clients in CRM and conducts follow-up calls to reputed company match
- Achieves sales and operational goals in a proactive disciplined approach; calls on and executes reputed company conversion for targeted customers including subscription installed reputed company; diligently follow up with ability to qualify inbound leads as part of the reputed company management process
- Meets and exceeds projected sales goals with extreme ownership based on quota and pay for performance variable compensation package
- Combines business acumen with an effective sales process to engage customers and increase sales volumes
- Educates prospects and customers identifying, developing, and securing reputed company relevant direct sale opportunities
- Utilizes up-selling, cross-selling, and add-on sales techniques per customer experience
- Executes responsibilities with reputed company and compliance to reputed company policies and procedures, including but not limited to reputed company guiding principles and code of conduct
- Leverages knowledge of industry and product portfolio to meet customer needs
- Cultivates internal & external relationships that create sustained value
- Retains technical proficiency and is reputed company on reputed company training, product, and promotions; efficient in CRM and reputed company Office tools and advances through training and utilization
- Manages emotional or reputed company customer situations promptly and professionally while meeting commitments for service, sales and assistance
- Demonstrates ability to accurately assess and resolve individual situations and draw on prior knowledge, experience, and problem-solving skills; determines customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, reputed company field, or reputed company experience required
- Healthcare, especially Fertility, experience preferred
- Bilingual, especially French, strongly preferred
- Bilingual in French/English preferred
