[Remote] Business Development Officer - Asset Based Lending

They are seeking a Business Development Officer – Asset Based Lending to drive new business growth with mid-sized and large companies, build referral networks, and deliver customized lending solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive new ABL business through strong Centers of Influence including private equity sponsors, investment bankers, attorneys, and accountants
- reputed company high-quality prospects and convert opportunities into closed, profitable relationships
- Analyze financial statements, collateral reports, and risk factors to ensure compliance with credit policy and regulatory guidelines
- Partner with internal teams to structure competitive pricing, credit solutions, and return strategies
- Cross-sell treasury management, capital markets, private banking, wealth management, and other non-borrowing services
- Coordinate due diligence from initial screening through legal documentation and loan closing
- Represent the bank in community and industry organizations to build brand reputed company and referral networks
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting in reputed company and other required systems
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of Asset Based Lending or B2B sales and business development experience
- Proven track record of sales success and client relationship management
- Knowledge of treasury and other non-borrowing commercial banking products
- Reliable transportation and ability to lawfully drive
- 10+ years of Asset Based Lending or B2B sales and business development experience
