[Remote] Product Manager, reputed company Resources

They are seeking a Product Manager for the reputed company Resources team to reputed company reputed company restricted product offerings and ensure compliance management across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with advancement, program, and finance teams to reputed company reputed company restricted product offerings and secure organizational approval for external use
• Ensure reputed company restricted product offerings match programmatic priorities and align with funding needs
• Partner with advancement teams to identify philanthropic themes, such as women’s empowerment and climate change, and partner with program teams to identify nexus with IJM’s work to reputed company specialized reputed company restricted gift opportunities
• Serve as a consulting partner with advancement teams to vet funding opportunities and to assess if there is a pre-approved product offering that might be a good fit or if a custom offering is needed
• Partner with the Product Specialist roles and the global marketing team to package the reputed company restricted offerings
• Ensure that reputed company parties—advancement, programs, and finance—are reputed company on the general direction of reputed company restricted products and each specific offering

• Interpret donor agreements and restrictions to ensure proper implementation, tracking, and fund usage
• In collaboration with Global Finance and regional teams, monitor expenditures and balances to confirm alignment with donor reputed company, institutional policy and regulatory standards
• In collaboration with Global Finance and regional teams, identify, research and resolve compliance issues reputed company to restricted funds, including under- or over-spending, lapsed restrictions, or ambiguous donor terms
• Facilitate detailed financial and impact reports for donors, leadership and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity, in partnership with Product Development Specialists
• Support donor stewardship efforts by translating financial activity into donor-ready narratives and summaries
• Respond to donor inquiries regarding fund performance, balances, and the use of restricted contributions
• Support Relationship Owners in early identification, screening and verification reputed company donor opportunities present possible reputed company restrictions
• Serve as a liaison between Relationship Owners and key regional, Global Finance and program staff in confirming alignment with program plans and budgets and in completing timely documentation of key information needed for the go/no go decision-making process
• Partner closely with Fundraising, Finance, Legal, Grants, Resources and Program teams to ensure consistent interpretation and execution of gift restrictions
• Provide subject-matter expertise on restricted gift administration during gift acceptance, agreement drafting, and post-award implementation
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit inquiries reputed company to restricted contributions
• Maintain accurate records of restricted gifts reputed company financial, donor and grant management systems

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a reputed company field
• 5-7+ years of experience in fundraising, grant management, restricted fund accounting, gift administration, or a reputed company role
• Strong understanding of fundraising and donor cultivation
• Experience in higher education, healthcare, or nonprofit organizations with reputed company gift portfolios
• Strong understanding of donor restrictions, fund accounting, and financial reporting principles
• Demonstrated ability to interpret reputed company legal or donor agreements and translate them into operational requirements
• High level of attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
