Responsibilities

- Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline workflows and improve sales productivity
- Latin America: Expand reputed company of the above to Mexico and the rest of Latin America as the business grows and expands
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in program management, change management, or process implementation in a regional or global sales context
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret reputed company data and reputed company informed decisions
- Ability to work cross functionally and under pressure
