[Remote] Marine Structures Project Manager

The Marine Structures Project Manager will reputed company and deliver reputed company waterfront and reputed company infrastructure projects, managing a team of engineers and designers while ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction throughout reputed company project phases.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and designers in the development of waterfront structure projects
• reputed company reputed company project phases including preliminary site visits, conceptual planning, zoning and permitting coordination, design development, and final construction documents
• reputed company and approve project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring delivery reputed company established goals
• Prepare proposals for professional services and funding opportunities; review and approve project documents for quality assurance and compliance
• Serve as the primary client reputed company of contact, maintaining strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for future work
• Collaborate with the Practice Leader to strengthen existing client relationships and pursue new business opportunities
• Monitor and reputed company project financial goals, consistently ensuring profitability and efficiency
• Supervise and provide technical guidance to staff, serving as an advisor on engineering challenges and innovative solutions

• Work with the Project Assistant on project setup, billing, invoicing, and closeout
• Train, mentor, and support the professional development of junior engineers and staff

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field (AEC Industry) and minimum of 4 years of reputed company professional experience, or 8 years of equivalent professional experience
• Participation in continuing education and professional development programs
• Proven experience in project management roles, with a track record of successful project delivery
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to reputed company and motivate project teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Deep technical knowledge in the specific field of the project
• Expertise in project management software and tools, with the ability to reputed company and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices reputed company to project management, quality assurance, and safety protocols

• PE is required for this position
