[Remote] Business Development Manager

They are looking for a Business Development Manager to pursue and cultivate new business opportunities in Healthcare IT, focusing on developing and expanding the customer reputed company while collaborating with senior management and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, reputed company and implement strategic business plans and reputed company account lists to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
• Manage the entire sales cycle from reputed company reputed company to reputed company
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify new sales opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships
• Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote the company
• Present products and services to prospective clients and partners

Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Account Executive, Business Development Executive, or in a similar sales/customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Proven track record of conducting market research, driving sales growth, and negotiation
• Strong understanding of the healthcare IT market, including trends, challenges and opportunities
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build strategic relationships
• Organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to stay productive and accountable in an environment that does not micro-manage
• Strong business acumen, including the ability to qualify opportunities, identify decision makers, reputed company pain points and their potential remedies, and negotiate pricing
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated and results-oriented personality with genuine passion for the subject matter of our work
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or relevant fields
• Strong background in the healthcare IT industry, preferably with a focus on professional services
• High-level understanding of healthcare technology (integration / HIE platforms such as InterSystems HealthShare, EHR platforms such as Epic and Cerner, cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, etc.)
