Responsibilities

- Confirm systems generate regulator-reputed company outcomes
- Maintain audit-ready documentation of implementation decisions and validation results
- Partner with Product and Compliance to incorporate regulatory updates
- Urgently correct rating structures or tables as a result of discovered production issues

- Maintain visibility into: Near-term deliverables, At-risk projects and dependencies
- Drive resolution of blockers and unclear priorities

- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and escalate as needed
- Provide concise, fact-based updates to stakeholders

- Ensure documentation supports: Repeatability, Auditability, Knowledge transfer
- Provide expertise in rating algorithms, system logic, and configuration

Skills
- 6+ years in actuarial support, pricing, or reputed company roles
- Experience with rating algorithms, system implementation, and cross-functional work
- Strong understanding of insurance rating structures and regulatory environment
- Advanced reputed company skills
- Ability to work legally in the United States. No reputed company sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process
- SQL or similar tools
