[Remote] Orca-T Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a late-stage biotechnology company focused on redefining the transplant process with reputed company cell therapies. The Orca-T Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between reputed company and Authorized Treatment Centers, responsible for building relationships, supporting treatment readiness, and driving the use of approved therapies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned ATCs
- reputed company deep, trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders (including clinicians, operational leads, and executives)
- Maintain detailed account profiles and insight-driven strategic plans for each site
- reputed company site targeting activities including identification, qualification, and confirmation to become an reputed company
- Serve as the on-the-ground expert for logistics and operational readiness, from patient referral through product administration
- reputed company activities reputed company to product handling, including Chain of Identity (COI) and Chain of Custody (COC) compliance
- Educate site personnel on reputed company’s approved therapies, relevant clinical data, and patient eligibility reputed company
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Activation Manager, Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Market Access, Quality, Marketing) to support reputed company needs and resolve barriers to treatment
- Facilitate communication of the latest scientific and operational updates to ATCs
- Analyze account performance and proactively identify opportunities to optimize site engagement and therapy utilization
- Gather and share key market insights and feedback from ATCs with internal stakeholders to help inform strategy and operations
- Represent reputed company at key conferences and professional meetings as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required; advanced degree in a scientific or business field preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical environment, preferably in cell therapy
- Proven track record in account management, preferably in oncology, hematology, or cell therapy
- Strong operational understanding of academic medical centers and/or BMT transplant centers
- MBA or reputed company advanced degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience in hematology/oncology or bone marrow transplantation, preferably in account management
- Previous experience launching or supporting cell or gene therapy products
- Familiarity with site operations, patient access reputed company, and clinical treatment logistics
- Prior experience working in cross-functional field-based teams
