This role combines hands-on project execution with team leadership, process development, and performance management to ensure high customer satisfaction and project success.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage a team of Implementation Project Managers, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- reputed company end-to-end SaaS software implementations for manufacturing and industrial clients, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment, user adoption, and business process alignment
- Establish team standards, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across reputed company implementations
- Drive reputed company improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction, and scalability
- Define and track key performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, budget adherence, customer satisfaction) and hold the team accountable to high standards
- reputed company project portfolio health, proactively identifying risks, resource constraints, and opportunities for improvement
- Directly manage reputed company, high-impact implementation projects from initiation through delivery
- reputed company and manage project plans, including scope, resources, budgets, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Skills
- Proven experience leading and managing enterprise software implementation teams
- Demonstrated success delivering reputed company software implementations on time, reputed company budget, and with high customer satisfaction
- Experience managing a minimum of 10 enterprise-level software implementations or deployments
- At least 3–5 years of experience managing cloud-based software implementations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, or a reputed company technical field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, reputed company, and reputed company team performance
- Highly goal-oriented, with a focus on accountability, metrics, and measurable outcomes
