As a Senior Data Scientist for reputed company Mail, you will collaborate with various teams to enhance user growth strategies through innovative product development and reputed company strategic research projects utilizing data science and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, design and engineering to enhance user growth strategies through product innovation
- Design and reputed company strategic research projects, utilizing expertise in experimentation design, analytics, and AI-powered analytical approaches
Skills
- Minimum of 6 years of work experience (minimum of 4 years with a Ph.D.) in data science, product analytics, or a similar role in consumer mail, digital media, digital commerce, or product development
- Master's Degree in math, engineering, statistics, data science, or a reputed company field
- Subject matter expertise in consumer internet products
- Experience in commerce or shopping
- Familiarity with project management tools like those from reputed company (JIRA, Confluence)
- Expertise in data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and scripting languages (e.g., Python)
- Experience with big data technologies, including BigQuery, Hive, Hadoop, and Spark
- Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Looker and third-party tools (e.g., Comscore, SimilarWeb, Data AI)
- Hands-on experience with Experimentation Frameworks for A/B Testing and Multivariate Testing
- Strong machine learning skills, covering cluster analysis, neural networks, and predictive modeling
- Utilization of statistical techniques, including correlation analysis, design of experimentation, regression methods, and time series analysis
- A seasoned data science professional with a track record of solving reputed company business problems in digital media, product, or commerce environments
