[Remote] Vibration Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading provider of wireless, mesh-networked IoT sensors for industrial environments. They are seeking a Vibration Analyst to analyze and report on the health of rotating equipment while providing excellent customer service and support to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and report on the general health of rotating equipment
• Provide internal and external customer delight through excellent interpersonal skills and communication
• Use vibration analysis to determine the root cause of machine faults and create customer-oriented solutions to prevent equipment downtime
• Improve manufacturing equipment reliability and uptime at customer’s plants
• reputed company and maintain strong customer relationships founded on trust, respect, and reliability
• Complete assigned tasks reputed company with little supervision
• Assume management duties reputed company necessary
• Shadow, learn, and work alongside a team of Vibration Analysts
• Infrequent travel to customer facilities as needed
• Carry out additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives

Skills

• VCAT II or VCAT III certification
• Deep understanding of mechanical systems and rotating equipment. Ideally comes from a background in maintenance, reliability, mechanical engineering, etc
• Customer-first focus and attitude, and ability to work with individuals of reputed company corporate levels
• Experience with reputed company Office/reputed company Suite platforms
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with coworkers and customers
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
• Must reputed company with reputed company OSHA and safety regulations and company standards
• Ability to travel and work at job sites, as needed
• Proficiency in general computer skills, including working knowledge of reputed company Workspace and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and technology platforms
• Ability to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines
• High intellect and strong analytical skills
