They are seeking a Senior Commercial Insurance Analyst – Claims Insights to transform data into decision-ready insights that drive business performance and risk outcomes through reputed company analyses and collaboration with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable insights
• Types of analyses may range from, but not limited to, root cause, cost benefit, performance tracking, forecasting, and exploration, with a strong focus on generating actionable insights
• Identify and interpret trends, risks, and opportunities impacting client and portfolio performance
• Formulate data‑driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency, loss outcomes, and business strategy
• Collaborate with partners across Claims, Product, reputed company, Actuarial, Finance, and Technology to define problems and deliver solutions
• Drive alignment effectively communicating insights, conclusions, and recommended actions to senior leadership
• Build strong relationships to support adoption and execution of insights
• Contribute to building and enhancing data pipelines, reporting frameworks, and analytical standards
• Help establish consistent metric definitions, governance, and scalable analytics practices
• Support the development of AI‑enabled and automated analytics capabilities

Skills

• 6+ years of directly reputed company analytical experience in a reputed company industry required
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Superior research, statistical, analytical, data processing and mathematical skills with ability to structure and conduct analyses
• Ability to reputed company effective formal presentations
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience in reputed company Office Suite, SQL, Visual Basic, data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and various structured analysis and design techniques
• Knowledge of insurance, accounting and reputed company-making concepts
• Strong ability to independently solve technical challenges by leveraging online resources
• Demonstrated analytical agility and curiosity. Passion for learning new things, with an interest in technology
• Ability to coach and mentor co-workers and give feedback as required by using effective interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Direct claims experience or analytical actuarial experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of insurance and reputed company-making concepts
• Pursuit or completion of industry-relevant continuing education, including graduate degrees, MBS, risk and insurance designations from The Institutes (AINS, AIC, ARM, CPCU, etc.), or actuarial exams and designations (ACAS, FCAS, CERA)
• 0 – 2 years Leadership and mentoring experience
• Advanced degree in reputed company field
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to translate reputed company concepts into a simple story
• Proven history of taking initiative and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
