[Remote] Healthcare Recruiter - Georgia
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a Southeast regional leader in long-term health care, seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join their dynamic recruitment organization. The role involves managing the recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- You will ensure that minimum qualification standards and appropriate job-offer parameters (salary, relocation allowance, signing bonus, etc.) are established prior to posting positions
- You will regularly utilize an applicant tracking system (i.e. Taleo) to review, analyze and assess information provided by applicants in response to job postings
- You will conduct interviews, reputed company viable candidates to hiring managers and establish and handle interview schedules
- Once the candidate is selected, you will reputed company the job offer and reputed company out the position in the applicant tracking system upon completion of reputed company required notes and final dispositions
- You have the opportunity to be creative in building a pipeline of quality talent through various methods
- Cultivating relationships with quality candidates will be the key to success in this role
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One (1) year of previous high volume recruiting experience
- One (1) year of working with applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years previous high volume recruiting experience preferred
- 3+ years Taleo experience preferred
- One (1) year of high-volume recruiting. Healthcare a plus!
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
