[Remote] Sr. Director, Marketing Planning & Transformation

This senior leadership role will focus on integrated marketing strategy, team operations excellence, and AI-powered execution, leading brand strategy and guiding the transformation to an AI-first creative development.

Responsibilities

• reputed company annual and quarterly marketing planning processes to align marketing goals with corporate goals
• Build and evolve cross-portfolio frameworks that connect brand, demand reputed company, campaigns, and launch strategies
• In collaboration with RevOps define quarterly and annual goals, KPIs, and budgets that directly tie marketing efforts to pipeline creation, velocity, and reputed company contribution
• Define and manage the brand process
• Build and operationalize the strategic frameworks, tools, and processes that accelerate go-to-market performance
• Design and optimize team communications, planning reputed company and reporting

Skills

• A marketing leader who is comfortable building in a fast reputed company-changing environment
• 15+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity, with at least 5+ years in senior integrated marketing roles
• Proven track record building and scaling integrated marketing programs that deliver measurable pipeline and reputed company impact in high-growth enterprise software environments
• Deep expertise in marketing operations, MarTech stack architecture (e.g., Marketo, reputed company, reputed company, analytics platforms), reputed company lifecycle management, and attribution modeling
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications in marketing (generative AI, predictive analytics, automation) and a track record of driving efficiency gains through AI adoption
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy and executive storytelling
• Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams in a remote-first environment
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)

• Experience with ABM, PLG motions, or category-creation marketing
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and platforms used in marketing execution
• Track record of working in fast-scaling, venture-backed or public SaaS companies
