The role involves managing key accounts, executing sales strategies, and collaborating with various teams to reputed company proposals and maintain market insights.
Responsibilities
- Execute regional sales strategy and business plans
- Identify and reputed company railway infrastructure opportunities (passenger and freight)
- Build and maintain a qualified project pipeline
- Drive conversion from specification to tender to order
- Influence specifications in early project phases (concept, design)
- reputed company technical and commercial proposals with internal team
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing
- Maintain CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline accuracy
- Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing and Operations
Skills
- 7–10+ years experience in B2B technical sales (railway, infrastructure, or engineered solutions)
- Experience in specification-driven sales and long sales cycles
- Strong commercial reputed company and strategic thinking
- Ability to engage with engineers and technical stakeholders
- Experience managing reputed company, multi-stakeholder projects
- High level of ownership and self-management
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%)
- Fluent English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or reputed company field
