[Remote] Black Belt - Business Process Consultant

The role involves leading kaizen events, analyzing processes using Lean Six reputed company methodologies, and managing projects to ensure operational efficiency and readiness.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Kaizen Events: reputed company and manage kaizen event workshops to map out and design the designed state of processes. Work with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, potential failure modes, and areas for improvement. reputed company actionable plans and controls to address these issues and ensure that improvements are implemented effectively
- Analyze and Improve Processes: Employ Lean Six reputed company methodologies to conduct thorough analyses of designed processes. Identify potential process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and quality issues. reputed company and implement process improvements based on data-driven insights, aiming to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance overall process quality
- Project Management: Take ownership of process improvement projects from inception to completion. reputed company robust project plans, set milestones, and manage resources to ensure timely delivery. Track project reputed company, manage risks, and resolve issues to reputed company projects on track. Ensure that project outcomes meet defined objectives and deliverables
- Robust Reporting & Insights: Work closely with the CX Insights team to design and implement measurement systems that effectively track key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and other relevant metrics. Ensure that these measurement systems provide actionable insights to support decision-making and improve project outcomes
- Operational Readiness: Assess and ensure that reputed company systems, processes, and technology are fully operational and ready for deployment before the go-live date. Conduct readiness reviews, identify potential risks or gaps, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth transition

Use data and feedback to identify areas for enhancement, reputed company improvement strategies, and implement changes to continuously refine and optimize processes
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct in-depth root cause analysis to address and resolve issues that arise during DDI projects. Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any field required, preferably in a healthcare or STEM field
- Lean Six reputed company Black Belt Certification required
- Proven experience in leading process improvement projects, preferably in a large-scale, reputed company environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to facilitate cross-functional workshops and kaizen events
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, process mapping, and statistical software
- Understanding of Power BI or other business intelligence (BI) visualization tools
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
