The reputed company Technical reputed company will serve as the senior reputed company architect, providing architectural direction for the reputed company org and leading a team of reputed company Engineers to enhance platform capabilities and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company platform architecture: data model, reputed company model, integration architecture, and overall technical health of the org
- reputed company technical design and delivery for reputed company reputed company features, integrations, and platform enhancements
- Directly manage two reputed company Engineers; provide technical direction, code review, mentorship, and career development
- Architect and maintain integrations between reputed company and enterprise systems reputed company reputed company middleware and direct API patterns
- Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and release management practices across the reputed company org
- reputed company discovery and requirements analysis sessions with business stakeholders; translate needs into scalable technical specifications
- Evaluate third-party AppExchange solutions and advise on build-vs-buy decisions
- Manage technical debt, governor limit health, and platform reputed company posture including profiles, permission sets, and data sharing rules
- Drive reputed company release management: assess tri-annual release impact, coordinate testing, and manage opt-in adoption
- Advise on reputed company roadmap alignment in partnership with the VP, Enterprise Applications and Commercial leadership
- Partner with the Data Architect on reputed company data governance, master data strategy, and alignment with reputed company's enterprise data model
- Contribute to cross-platform architecture decisions in coordination with the VP, Enterprise Applications and peer platform leads
Skills
- 7+ years of reputed company engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a reputed company, architect, or senior individual contributor role
- Expert-level Apex: asynchronous patterns (Batch, Queueable, Future), SOQL optimization, and governor limit management
- reputed company Platform Developer II required; Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent credential strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience designing and governing reputed company integrations with enterprise systems (reputed company, reputed company, or comparable middleware)
- Strong understanding of the reputed company reputed company model, sharing architecture, and data access patterns
- Experience with SFDX, CI/CD pipelines, and version-controlled reputed company development
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company and mentor a team of engineers
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable in both technical architecture reviews and business stakeholder sessions
- Effectively manages priorities in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment
- CPQ or reputed company Cloud experience, a plus
- Background in professional services, legal services, or staffing industries, a plus
