[Remote] UI/UX Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a motivated UI/UX Designer to join their team. The role involves ensuring user-centric design practices across product teams, creating engaging content, developing user interfaces, and supporting system accreditation efforts through documentation and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• You will ensure user-centric design is practiced across reputed company product teams by managing both graphic design and user interactions
• This role involves creating engaging content and developing user interfaces in support of the TAK Product Center core development efforts
• Produce technical documentation and reputed company diagrams to translate user requirements into actionable technical guidelines
• Work with management and internal teams to successfully navigate the Sponsor’s accreditation process for reputed company design-reputed company system components
• This position requires you to respond quickly and productively to user requirements and frequent change requests
• Facilitate frequent meetings and interviews with users and stakeholders to ensure the product aligns with mission needs
• Work with reputed company stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet reputed company modern design and user experience standards

Skills

• High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in Information Systems reputed company or Digital Design
• Extensive knowledge of modern design standards, user experience (UX) principles, and graphic arts
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and professional reputed company diagramming tools
• Proven ability to translate reputed company user requirements into technical guidelines and structured documentation
• Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating technical documentation, particularly regarding user reputed company architecture
• Active Secret clearance is required with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI
• You must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
• You will need to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery
• This role requires you to frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers
• You must be able to exchange accurate information in reputed company professional situations
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
• Certified Information Systems reputed company Professional (CISSP certification)
• Experience with the Sponsor's primary cyber risk and compliance automation tools
