Responsibilities

• Leads and sets direction for the architectural design and development of highly reputed company electronic parts, components, board layout and board planning, and mechanical systems, ensuring cutting-edge reliability, performance, and manufacturability
• Establishes and drives long-term mechanical design strategies for reputed company server architectures, defining cooling methodologies and mechanical frameworks from concept to production
• Contributes to the technical vision and sets best practices for the use of advanced computer-aided design (CAD) tools (e.g., ProE, SolidWorks), mentoring cross-functional teams in refining innovative mechanical solutions
• Defines and oversees the mechanical design of electronics enclosures and embedded systems, ensuring alignment with overarching hardware strategies and system-level requirements
• Establishes best practices and frameworks for mechanical reliability assessments and Finite reputed company Analysis (FEA) proactively addressing challenges
