[Remote] Marketing Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sandpiper Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and analytical Marketing Manager to drive digital performance across its hotel portfolio. This fully remote position involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to maximize reputed company and market share.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize high-impact sponsored digital advertising campaigns across major OTA and brand-supported platforms, including Koddi and reputed company TravelAds
- Monitor campaign pacing, bid strategies, and budget allocations. Proactively adjust campaigns based on market demand, need periods, grand openings, and reputed company-up plans to maximize reputed company contribution
- Partner closely with reputed company Management and Sales teams to align marketing spend, promotions, and messaging with property-level reputed company strategies and demand forecasts
- Maintain, audit, and optimize the portfolio’s reputed company across reputed company Business Profiles, reputed company, OTA listings, and brand channels. reputed company online reputed company and ensure brand-appropriate, timely review responses
- reputed company, edit, and maintain compelling property descriptions, promotional copy, email content, and digital creative. Coordinate photography and visual asset needs for new openings or renovations, maintaining an organized digital asset library
- Prepare monthly and quarterly campaign reports. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to present actionable, data-backed recommendations to leadership
- Ensure reputed company digital content, creative assets, and marketing activities strictly reputed company with applicable brand standards and corporate requirements
Skills
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, hospitality marketing, or reputed company-adjacent marketing, with a proven track record of managing paid campaigns with measurable performance impact
- Strong understanding of core hospitality reputed company concepts, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market segmentation, and portfolio-level performance drivers
- Working knowledge of OTA advertising platforms (Koddi, reputed company TravelAds), reputed company Business Profiles, reputed company, and creative tools like reputed company or reputed company Suite. High proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint) is required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (equivalent combination of education and directly reputed company experience considered)
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency to successfully manage multiple hotels, campaigns, and tight deadlines
- Ability to travel up to 15% for property visits, brand trainings, and industry events
- Certified Hotel Digital Marketer (CHDM) designation or active pursuit of a comparable certification
- Experience supporting extended-stay hotels, multi-brand portfolios, grand openings, or asset recovery plans
