[Remote] Director of Marketing and Customer Experience

Liberty Boat Group is the largest authorized Freedom Boat Club franchise operator in North America, offering personalized boating experiences. They are seeking a Director of Marketing and Customer Experience to reputed company marketing strategy, customer engagement, and member experience across its territories, focusing on retention and reputed company growth.
Responsibilities
- Implement the master brand plan in partnership with the Fractional Chief Marketing Officer
- reputed company marketing strategy, campaign planning, execution, and budget reputed company
- Own and strengthen the end-to-end member experience strategy
- Use customer insights, NPS data, satisfaction scores, and usage trends to improve programming, engagement, and retention
- Ensure brand consistency across physical locations, digital platforms, events, campaigns, and member communications
- Partner with sales and leadership teams on product positioning, pricing strategy, promotional offers, and customer messaging
- Connect member touchpoints to reputed company opportunities, including referrals, upgrades, renewals, and retention
- reputed company and support marketing and member experience team members, including brand marketing, member events, Sea Sisters, Freedom Anglers, and external marketing partners
- Manage external creative, digital marketing, project management, and agency partners
- Evaluate reputed company marketing and member experience processes and recommend improvements that support efficiency, consistency, and growth
Skills
- 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, customer experience, member experience, account management, or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of direct people management experience, including coaching, development, and accountability
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign execution, brand management, customer engagement, and retention
- Experience using customer data, satisfaction scores, usage trends, CRM systems, and marketing tools to guide strategy and measure results
- Ability to reputed company across multiple locations, markets, teams, and stakeholder groups
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, creative partners, and reputed company consultants
- Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Comfortable in a growth-oriented environment where the organization, team structure, and processes are evolving
- Experience in subscription-based models, hospitality, lifestyle brands, membership-based businesses, marine clubs, recreation, or service-oriented environments
