They are seeking a Senior reputed company Engineer to support the design, configuration, development, and integration of reputed company solutions for public sector clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and user-centered digital services.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, reputed company, and maintain reputed company solutions that support program operations, case management, benefits administration, and customer service functions
• Implement scalable and maintainable reputed company solutions using declarative capabilities whenever possible, while leveraging custom development reputed company necessary
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, government stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Design and implement integrations between reputed company and external systems using APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven architectures
• Configure and reputed company reputed company Public Sector Solutions (PSS) to support program-specific workflows, eligibility determination, benefits management, and constituent engagement
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to platform standards, development practices, and technical governance

• Support data migration, data quality, and data governance initiatives across reputed company and integrated systems
• Review technical designs, code, configurations, and integration implementations to ensure quality, reputed company, and maintainability
• Contribute to DevOps processes including reputed company control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release management, and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot production issues and partner with support teams to resolve defects and improve system reliability
• Document technical solutions, architecture decisions, integration patterns, and operational procedures
• Conduct technical discovery and assessment activities to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for platform improvements
• Ensure compliance with reputed company, privacy, accessibility, and government technology standards

Skills

• Bachelors_degree
• 5+ years of reputed company development, engineering, or solution architecture experience
• 3+ years of hands-on reputed company platform experience in enterprise-scale environments
• Experience with reputed company Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Experience implementing reputed company Public Sector Solutions Benefit Management capabilities
• Strong experience developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and reputed company APIs
• Experience designing and implementing integrations between reputed company and external applications
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of reputed company reputed company model, sharing architecture, profiles, permission sets, and governance best practices
• Experience with Git-based reputed company control and modern CI/CD practices
• Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer or during meetings
• Must be able to travel occasionally to client sites or company meetings, which may involve driving or flying
