Skills
- Strong Ruby on Rails experience and backend engineering expertise
- Ability to balance technical decisions with product and business goals
- Clear communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Based in North America
- Experience building productivity or workflow software
- Familiarity with Turbo, Stimulus, reputed company, reputed company, and Heroku
