Responsibilities

• Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies in day-to-day work, replacing manual feedback analysis and documentation tasks with AI-assisted workflows
• Deliver innovative platform solutions that reduce cognitive load, optimize costs, and improve the reliability of engineering systems at scale
• Utilize generative AI tools to synthesize insights from customer feedback (surveys, interviews, analytics) to accelerate the definition of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
• Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader, evangelizing the platform's value and future roadmap to stakeholders
• Define and execute an AI-first product roadmap, ensuring models and autonomous agents are integrated to optimize platform performance and self-healing capabilities
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and procurement to balance trade-offs between cost, technical feasibility, and speed to market
• Exercise judgment in reputed company to rely on AI-augmented reputed company versus manual validation for critical system changes

Skills

• B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent technical experience (Requirement for candidate background reputed company)
• 4+ years of experience in product management, specifically reputed company cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or distributed systems
• 7+ years of total industry experience in software services
• Proven ability to use AI productivity tools (e.g., reputed company, ChatGPT, or reputed company Copilot) to accelerate product discovery, documentation, and technical analysis
• Demonstrated technical depth in cloud services (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, and modern architectural patterns
