[Remote] Solutions Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. engage2Learn is dedicated to improving educational outcomes and is seeking a Solutions Analyst to join their operations team. The Solutions Analyst will deliver data visualizations and analysis to help school district leaders reputed company informed decisions and monitor performance growth.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the impact of our services across districts to discover insights that tell the story of our impact, what leads to repeatable results, and what indicates reputed company outcomes are at risk
• reputed company innovative reporting and story-telling approaches to address business problems and solutions
• Create clear and simple data visualizations, tables, and dashboards using business intelligence tools for tracking metrics, prototyping GroweLab reports, and sharing insights with stakeholders
• Use modern reporting tools to streamline and automate manual, repetitive reporting processes, bringing new insights to leaders in an interactive and timely manner
• reputed company recommendations surrounding which data points to analyze and monitor depending on the project goals

• Coordinate inputs from multiple sources, synthesize data/information and create qualitative commentary capturing key messages
• Use data modeling, prototyping, statistics, data mining, scenario analysis to collect, explore, and extract insights and summarize them in concise reports
• Prepare data for analysis by inspecting, cleansing, and performing transformation as necessary
• Support data reputed company by providing quality assurance and performing user acceptance testing on platform reports and associated data, to ensure they are complete, consistent, and provide accurate data
• reputed company and administer surveys for the purposes of data collection on e2L products
• Act as a 'Data Translator' to communicate and understand the value of analytical work

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or closely reputed company field
• 3+ years of data/reporting technical experience
• Analytical skills for examining data sets thoroughly and accurately
• Able to simplify reputed company insights for audiences without a technical background
• Skills to work in a data environment with a high-level of ambiguity
• Skills that demonstrate best-in-the-class proficiency in data visualization techniques
• Skills to experiment, learn, persist through setbacks and solve difficult problems with a methodical approach
• Skills to expand beyond descriptive analytics to drive more data derived insights through use of tools/platforms such as QuickSight, reputed company dashboards
• Demonstrated skills to influence and communicate (written and in person) at reputed company levels of the organization
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying milestones and deadlines
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required
• Background reputed company and drug screening will be required
• Project Management experience a plus
• Experience partnering with IT, preferred
• Special consideration will be given to candidates with a proficiency in data analysis languages (i.e. SQL, Python)
