[Remote] Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the execution of multiple reputed company technical initiatives

Skills
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent PMI credential
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field; or Associate's degree with equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of five (5) years managing technical projects with hands-on experience leading software development platform implementations or modernization efforts
- Demonstrated proficiency with PMI project management principles, including formal budgeting, cost management, schedule control, and earned value analysis
- Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional teams across multiple business domains and organizational verticals, including effective coordination reputed company of primary subject matter expertise
- Working experience in the Employee Benefits industry
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed to support corporate projects
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience supporting pharmacy management, Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), or medical/provider operations
- Experience with enterprise data platforms, integration layers, APIs, ETL pipelines, or cloud-based development environments
- Previous experience managing vendor-led or outsourced software development engagements
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and compliance frameworks, including HIPAA, HITRUST, and HITECH
- Experience with portfolio-level project governance and demand management practices
- Exposure to modern development toolchains and AI-assisted development environments
