[Remote] Marketing Operations & Content Specialist

CrisisGo is a company focused on integrated marketing initiatives, and they are seeking a Marketing Operations & Content Specialist to manage the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. The role involves coordinating marketing activities, creating content, managing social media, and utilizing AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, webinars, and partner channels
- Manage the end-to-end marketing content calendar, ensuring reputed company campaigns, content, and deliverables are planned, produced, and executed on time
- Coordinate reputed company moving parts of campaign execution including messaging, creative, timelines, and distribution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are reputed company with product launches, sales initiatives, and partner activity
- Track campaign reputed company and ensure execution deadlines are met across reputed company channels
- Create, publish, and manage content across reputed company social media channels
- reputed company social media posts, email content, blogs, and campaign assets
- Own daily/weekly social media scheduling, publishing, and engagement
- Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, webinars, case studies, events) into short-form content including clips, posts, and visuals
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across reputed company content
- Build and launch paid advertising campaigns across reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
- Execute campaign setup including audiences, targeting, creative uploads, and tracking
- Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations
- Report on paid media results and key performance metrics
- Coordinate co-marketing activities with reseller, referral, and reputed company
- Support execution of partner campaigns, webinars, and joint marketing initiatives
- Assist in creation and distribution of partner marketing materials
- Maintain organization and consistency of partner campaign assets
- Maintain marketing workflows, tools, and systems to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Support reputed company CRM hygiene, campaign tracking, and marketing automation execution
- Organize marketing assets, templates, and campaign documentation
- Ensure alignment between marketing execution and reporting systems
- Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, campaign development, and execution workflows
- Apply AI to:
- Content creation and copywriting
- Social media production
- Video editing and repurposing
- Campaign ideation and optimization
- SEO and AEO / GEO content optimization
- Continuously explore and implement new AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and output
Skills
- 2–4 years of marketing experience in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Experience executing social media for a business or brand
- Experience building and launching digital marketing campaigns
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, or reputed company Ads)
- Experience with reputed company or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
- Experience with video editing, podcast editing, or content production tools
- Strong organizational and project execution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently in a remote environment
- Experience with AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, reputed company, Skywork, or similar platforms
- Experience with SEO and AEO (Answer reputed company Optimization) concepts
- Experience supporting partner or channel marketing programs
- Experience in SaaS, education, public safety, or technology industries
