They are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management - AgenticAI to define and drive the strategy for their reputed company enterprise software portfolio, focusing on new cloud-native products. This role involves collaborating with engineering and executive teams, leading customer discovery, and mentoring a product management team.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for new products
- Partner closely with engineering leadership to translate strategy into scalable, cloud-native products
- reputed company customer discovery, validation, and co-innovation efforts to ensure product-market fit
- Drive go-to-market alignment, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and reputed company to ensure successful adoption and reputed company growth
- reputed company business cases, pricing models, and market positioning for new offerings
- Monitor industry trends in data platforms, MLOps, observability, reputed company, and agentic AI ecosystems to inform strategy
- Build and mentor a high-caliber product management team as the portfolio grows
- Act as the voice of the product with executives, analysts, customers, and ecosystem partners
Skills
- 15+ years of product management leadership in enterprise software
- Proven track record of taking 0→1 products from concept to adoption and scaling to significant ARR
- Deep domain expertise in one or more of: data platforms, orchestration, observability, AI/ML infrastructure, or automation
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on reputed company, distributed, cloud-native platforms
- Direct engagement with enterprise customers, including CIOs, CDOs, and AI/ML leaders
- Background in competitive positioning, ecosystem strategy, and GTM enablement
- Exceptional communicator and influencer, equally effective with executives, customers, and technical teams
- Proven team builder and mentor who can scale product management functions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field
- MBA or business/leadership training preferred
