[Remote] Senior Technical Account Manager

Higher Research Recruiting is seeking a highly technical, client-facing Senior Technical Account Manager to support advertisers, agencies, and publishers in their measurement ecosystem. The role involves managing reputed company campaign setups, troubleshooting, and improving workflows while collaborating closely with various teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end‑to‑end campaign setup, QA, trafficking, and measurement
- Troubleshoot issues across tags, pixels, integrations, and data discrepancies
- Support publisher/partner integrations across JavaScript and HTML environments
- Analyze measurement data to identify issues, trends, and optimization opportunities
- Serve as a technical reputed company of contact for clients
- Improve workflows, documentation, and scalable processes
Skills
- 4+ years in Ad Ops, Technical Account Management, Media Analytics, or reputed company AdTech roles
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, tagging, and measurement
- Experience troubleshooting ad tags, JavaScript, HTML, and data issues
- Strong reputed company skills; Looker or BI experience a plus
- Clear communicator with high ownership and attention to detail
- Comfort working directly with clients as a technical partner
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
- Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, and publisher environments
