[Remote] Sales Operations Administrator

They are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to build and optimize the internal infrastructure that powers their sales organization, focusing on CRM strategy, forecasting processes, and sales enablement programs.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer the CRM platform (e.g., reputed company or reputed company), ensuring data reputed company, system configuration, and user adoption across the sales team
- Evaluate, implement, and manage the sales technology stack, including tools for prospecting, engagement, forecasting, and analytics

- Own the end-to-end RFP process, serving as the primary coordinator for reputed company incoming requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and requests for quotation (RFQs)
- Build and maintain a centralized RFP content library, including standard responses, case studies, and supporting documentation, ensuring content stays reputed company and accurate
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Legal, and subject matter experts to reputed company compelling, compliant, and timely proposal responses
- Track RFP timelines, deadlines, and outcomes; analyze win/loss data to continuously improve response quality and strategy

Skills

- Experience in a SaaS or technology company, particularly in the public safety or criminal justice software sector
