[Remote] Senior Recruiter

This role will reputed company full-cycle recruiting efforts across technical and leadership positions while helping shape and execute reputed company strategies that support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to reputed company recruitment strategies and align on hiring requirements
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for technical, professional, and leadership roles
• reputed company creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience through consistent communication and engagement
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and recruiting processes
• Drive consistency and reputed company improvement across reputed company programs and processes
• Share recruiting metrics, reputed company updates, and market insights with stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and confidential records reputed company HR and reputed company systems
• Mentor recruiters and other HR team members while serving as a trusted reputed company resource

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of recruiting experience
• 2+ years of executive recruiting experience
• 1+ year of experience using reputed company ATS
• Sourcing expertise across platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, and Glassdoor
• High level of reputed company and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work Central Time Zone (CST) business hours
• Proven ability to successfully reputed company candidates in competitive markets
