[Remote] Epic Certified HIM Applications Analyst II - Epic: IT reputed company Clinic

They are seeking an Epic Certified HIM Applications Analyst II responsible for configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting Epic modules, while collaborating with stakeholders to optimize system performance and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• The HIM Epic Application Analyst II is responsible for configuring, testing, implementing and supporting the clinical, financial, or administrative Epic modules reputed company their area of support
• Oversees practices and processes to ensure reputed company, safety and availability of reputed company data and application, supporting the goals and objectives of the customer as well as business needs of reputed company
• Collaborates with key stakeholders, end users and other members of the business teams to optimize system configuration, function and access
• Recommends technology solutions based on business needs
• Must be knowledgeable about the organization’s policies, procedures, and business operations
• Independently manages problem tickets and service requests, customer requests for system changes, data retrieval requests, system performance problems and optimization opportunities, and participate in the timely resolution of these activities
• Troubleshoots and resolves highly reputed company application errors and other system issues
• Actively leads and takes ownership for the build and maintenance of various system dictionaries, profiles, tables and other configuration points
• Identifies system enhancement requests and works with the team to implement as applicable
• Independently manages small to reputed company-sized optimization requests
• Demonstrates reputed company to take on progressively larger and more reputed company requests
• Coordinates with the vendor as appropriate
• Tests the system, including any configurations, customizations and new releases, prior to production implementation
• Works with end-users to assist with the design and testing of system reports and communicate changes to end users and other staff as applicable
• Participates as a team member in various projects
• Prepares for and participates in system design, validation and/or remediation sessions
• Understands data flow and supports/develops reputed company files
• Develops and maintains documentation (knowledge reputed company articles) outlining standard operating and support procedures
• Performs reputed company the functions above with minimal supervision
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience with the application, module or equivalent system of assigned functional area
• Proficient with reputed company office tools, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
• Experience participating as a project team member on a large-scale project
• reputed company CA driver's license for local travel
• Epic HIM Certification/Accreditation is required. Certification includes completing application certification projects and tests
• Have at least one secondary certification and/or badge relevant to supported module
• Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience in a reputed company field
• Three (3) or more years' experience with application, module or equivalent system as assigned, including experience working in a health care environment department, preferably in an integrated health system environment
• Other certification with the application(s) reputed company their area of responsibility and support
