Position Overview – Member Benefits Advisor (Remote)

The Member Benefits Advisor at arenaflex serves as the frontline champion for our members, delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and educating customers on the value of their insurance and ancillary products. This role is pivotal to arenaflex’s strategy for member satisfaction, retention, and brand advocacy. You will engage with policyholders, group members, and prospective customers through inbound calls, providing courteous, knowledgeable, and solution‑focused assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming non‑reputed company customer service calls from policyholders, group members, and other stakeholders in a courteous, professional, and reputed company manner, adhering to arenaflex’s quality standards.
