Role Overview – Member Service Professional (MSP)

The Member Service Professional (MSP) is the front‑line ambassador of arenaflex, responsible for delivering an unforgettable experience to our premium Card Members as they step into the arenaflex Lounge. This role blends hospitality, concierge expertise, and brand advocacy to ensure every interaction reflects arenaflex’s promise of “the world’s best customer experience.”

Key Responsibilities

  • First Impressions: Greet Card Members with warmth, verify eligibility, and guide them through the lounge check‑in process.
  • End‑to‑End Ownership: Own the entire member journey—from arrival to departure—ensuring seamless service at every touchpoint.
  • Consultative Service: Act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle recommendations that align with each member’s preferences.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve member concerns swiftly, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
  • Collaboration: Partner with food‑and‑beverage teams, security, and external vendors to coordinate a flawless lounge experience.
  • Technology Utilization: Navigate multiple arenaflex platforms (reservation systems, CRM, mobile apps) with ease to retrieve information and complete transactions.
  • Innovation: Contribute ideas for new services, amenities, or processes that elevate the lounge environment.
  • Operational Support: Assist with light lifting, stocking, and maintaining a tidy, inviting lounge atmosphere.
  • Flexibility: Work varied shifts—including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays—to match lounge operating hours (05:00 AM – 11:00 PM, Monday‑Sunday).

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience delivering premium customer service, preferably in airline, lounge, or high‑end hospitality settings.
  • Demonstrated passion for proactive problem‑solving and a track record of exceeding guest expectations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate recommendations with confidence and clarity.
  • Strong listening abilities, enabling you to discern member needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and unwavering composure in fast‑paced environments.
