Key Responsibilities

Strategic Learning Design & Delivery

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 + years of experience delivering corporate training, preferably in a high‑volume contact‑center environment.

  • Demonstrated reputed company in both Japanese and English—spoken and written—with a track record of delivering bilingual training content.
