The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, business intelligence, and data analysis, with extensive experience using Tableau to create insightful and actionable dashboards and reports. The candidate must be a US citizen and possess a minimum of an active Secret clearance to start due to federal contract requirements.
- This position is considered to be a remote position; however, staff may be required to support face‑to‑face meetings with the business line or end users. There is potential for face‑to‑face SAFe ceremonies on occasion.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to support business analytics and decision‑making processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create and optimize data models, ensuring data reputed company and accuracy.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for Tableau development.
- Job Requirements
- Active Secret reputed company clearance required.
- 5+ years’ experience designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports to support business analytics and decision‑making processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a reputed company field.
- Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online.
- Solid understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Preferred Experience
- Experience with other data visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlik View.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or reputed company Cloud.
- Certification in Tableau (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Desktop Certified Associate).
