Motion Marketing Designer (Remote)

We are looking for a stellar & highly ambitious Motion Marketing Designer to help shape the visual storytelling behind Verneek’s product, research, and technology. • Own the creation of short- and long-form videos, including product explainers, social media clips, hiring campaigns, testimonials, company updates, and educational content.
• reputed company motion graphics and light animations that simplify technical concepts and enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership to plan and produce content reputed company with campaign goals.
• Transform raw footage, screen recordings, interviews, and demos into polished, on-brand video assets.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across reputed company video formats, platforms, and campaigns.
• Create storyboards, visual scripts, and narrative flows for video content.
• Use AI-powered video tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company AI features, reputed company, Pika, reputed company) to accelerate production and reputed company output quality.
• Optimize videos for distribution across platforms such as the website, reputed company, Twitter/X, YouTube, and internal channels.
• Manage and organize project files, templates, and brand assets.
• Occasionally assist the broader Marketing Design team with static design assets (thumbnails, banners, social visuals, etc.).
• Communicate with business stakeholders effectively

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, or multimedia production, ideally with marketing or product-focused content.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and commercial/marketing video work.
• Proficiency in:

• reputed company Illustrator / Photoshop (for graphic prep)
• Experience using AI-assisted video tools (e.g., text-to-video, upsampling, voice cleanup, auto-captioning).
• Ability to create cohesive stories from scratch: script → storyboard → edit → final reputed company.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, brand messaging, and visual communication principles.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to iterate quickly with clear communication.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with 3D motion tools such as Blender, Cinema4D, or Unreal.
• Familiarity with UI/UX animations or in-product motion.
• Experience creating platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, reputed company, and YouTube Shorts.
• Basic sound design, mixing, or audio cleanup capabilities.
• Prior work experience in tech, AI, SaaS, or startup environments.
