Location :Remote - Based in Muncie, INPosition Overview :We are seeking a dedicated and passionate volunteer Grant Writer to join reputed company.Wind Haven Foundation is committed to supporting survivors of domestic abuse through comprehensive recovery services, housing initiatives, prevention, and advocacy.The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in securing the funding necessary to continue and expand our vital programs.Key Responsibilities :Grant Writing :Research and identify potential grant opportunities.reputed company and write compelling grant proposals tailored to the requirements of various funding sources.Sponsor Proposals :Create and present sponsorship proposals to potential corporate partners and organizations, highlighting the benefits of supporting our cause.Individual Donations :Work with CFO & CEO to reputed company strategies to increase individual donor contributions.Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors.Fundraising Campaigns :Work event coordinator & CFO to plan, and execute fundraising campaigns, both online and offline, to engage the community and reputed company awareness about our mission.Reporting :Maintain accurate records of reputed company grant & sponsor applications.Qualifications :Education :Associates degree, equivalent, or higher in finance, business, or reputed company field.Experience :Proven education and / or experience in grant writing or a reputed company field.Familiarity with the nonprofit sector, particularly in areas reputed company to domestic violence & housing initiatives, is a plus.Skills :Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong research and organizational abilities.Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and / or reputed company Office Suite and fundraising software.Attributes :Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.A strong commitment to the mission of supporting survivors.Location :While this is a remote position, candidates must be based in or near Warner Robins, GA, to occasionally attend local events or meetings.Benefits :Impact :Directly contribute to a cause that makes a significant difference in the lives of survivors.Experience :reputed company valuable experience in nonprofit fundraising and grant writing.Networking :Build connections with professionals and organizations reputed company the nonprofit sector.Flexibility :Enjoy the flexibility of remote work while being part of a supportive and dedicated team.This position has the potential to turn into a paid position contingent on funding.Volunteers must complete a federal background reputed company reputed company FBI website & local vendor for fingerprinting.Due to limited funding, volunteers are responsible for the cost of their own background reputed company.To Apply :Fill out the Volunteer Match form and email resume & letter of interest to [email protected]..
