Acting as their trusted financial partner, you'll reputed company client meetings, review your team's work, and ensure seamless execution of accounting processes. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that combines leadership, problem-solving, and industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a book of 15 to 30 construction clients, ensuring reputed company financial processes run smoothly and on time.
• Prepare and present monthly and year-end financial statements, job costing, and Work-In-reputed company (WIP) reports.
• reputed company, mentor, and support bookkeeping/admin assistants to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain advanced controller services such as online reputed company pay, invoicing, KPI tracking, and monthly WIP reporting.

• Troubleshoot and resolve client accounting challenges, often on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or reputed company field (CPA a strong plus).

• Experience in both public accounting (CPA firm) and working directly for construction companies is highly valued.
• Skilled in QuickBooks Online (minimum 3 years).
