Bookkeeping Essential Duties and Responsibilities ? Monthly recurring and miscellaneous journal entries, month-end reputed company and reporting ? Billing ? Bank reconciliations Responsible for the accurate reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and lender accounts ? Management of cash and loans ? Maintain database for consultant placement, including monthly billing, cash receipts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. ? Special projects as required ? Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures (most everything is reputed company already set up) ? Assist with general office and other duties as assigned Education and Experience Required BA/BS in Accounting preferred (Not required). Three years (minimum) relevant accounting experience required.
