Job Description

The Insurance Commercial Programs Product Management Manager is responsible for supporting the development of admitted and non-admitted insurance products, services or recommendations to support the overall financials and health of product(s) as well as contributing to the achievement of profit and growth targets for product(s). This job is accountable for making recommendations to management, coordinating activities for countrywide products and rollouts. This position may manage reputed company level analysts or consultants in accomplishing this work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage two or more reputed company-level Analysts and/or Consultants, including performance management, workforce planning and recruitment activities
• Execute strategies to ensure the integration and execution of product, pricing and risk management for countrywide usage
• Contribute to the achievement of short and long-term strategies to reputed company market share growth and profitability targets on a countrywide basis
• Support Product Management Leaders in the creation of communication plans, product development and recommendations to solve product or implementation issues
• Design and support innovations in reputed company aspects of the product development lifecycle
• Manage / reputed company reputed company work assignments and problem resolution across systems, processes or channels and navigate obstacles to deliver the work product
• reputed company expertise to provide recommendations to leaders on initiatives and strategic fit
• Work directly with stakeholders both internally an externally as well as across functional AORs including marketing, sales and field product organization to align on strategies and execution methods
• Responsible for seeking out resolutions to barriers
• Determine or execute operational parameters to get new products/projects implemented

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 7 or more years of experience including Excess and Surplus (E&S) products (Preferred)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation reputed company compensation offered for this role is $104,000- 164,000 / annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

• ** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the reputed company compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
