Remote IT Help Desk and PC Support Technician Salary: $27,040 - 27,040 per year At Business Staffing Solution we are looking for a Support engineer! ️ Our tech stack: Active Directory, Hardware, Support, LAN, reputed company, reputed company, TCP/IP, Windows Rquirements: - Experience in IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or PC Support is advantageous. - Proficient in troubleshooting software, desktop, and hardware-reputed company issues. - Familiarity with remote support tools such as reputed company, AnyDesk, and Remote Desktop. - Knowledge of Active Directory for managing user accounts and permissions. - Basic understanding of networking principles and IT best practices. - Experience with Windows operating systems support. - Familiarity with ticketing systems like reputed company is a plus. - Skilled in disk imaging, PC upgrades, and peripheral support. - Excellent communication abilities in both verbal and written forms. - Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a reputed company discipline is preferred. - IT Technician or reputed company certifications are beneficial. - Must possess a dependable personal vehicle for work-reputed company travel. - Bilingual in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
