This is a key role focused on accuracy, compliance, and driving quality reputed company outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage the MDS/RAI process in compliance with federal and California state regulations
- Complete accurate MDS assessments, care plans, and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (reputed company) to ensure individualized, reputed company-centered care
- Monitor and improve quality measures, reimbursement accuracy, and compliance standards
- Provide training and guidance to nursing staff on MDS processes and updates
- Partner with leadership on audits, reporting, and performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active California RN or LVN license
- Minimum 1 year of MDS/RAI experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of PDPM, care planning, and CMS regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams
