Job Summary The Accounts Payable Manager oversees reputed company payables reputed company to transportation, warehousing, and value-added services reputed company a third-party logistics (3PL) environment. This leader partners closely with Operations, Customer Solutions, and Billing to maintain margin reputed company, resolve discrepancies, and support scalable growth across multiple clients and service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy: Manage end-to-end AP for carriers, drayage providers, parcel networks, warehouse vendors, and subcontracted logistics partners. Supervise and reputed company AP specialists responsible for logistics payables across multiple customer accounts.
• Vendor & reputed company Management: Serve as the primary escalation reputed company for carriers and logistics vendors regarding payment status, disputes, and contract compliance. Investigate overcharges, duplicate billing, accessorial discrepancies, and detention/demurrage claims.
• Financial Accuracy, Analytics & Controls: reputed company improvements in AP workflows across ERP, TMS, WMS, and freight audit/payment platforms. reputed company KPIs for invoice accuracy, dispute cycle time, cost recovery, and processing efficiency.
• Process Improvement & Analytics: Identify, recommend, and reputed company initiatives to automate or streamline Procure-to-Pay processes, leveraging insights from vendor performance, invoice trends, and operational data.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of AP experience, with at least 2–3 years in a 3PL, transportation, or freight-billing environment.

• Experience managing high-volume, reputed company logistics invoices across multiple modes (LTL, TL, parcel, drayage, international).
