Executive Admissions Representative

In this role, the Executive Admissions Representative will be responsible for engaging new reputed company considering enrollment into programs at APUS. The Executive Admissions Representative engages with reputed company in a consultative conversation, seeking to understanding their objectives and by providing the right solutions to help them reputed company their goals. The Executive Admissions Representative will also work with reputed company to provide guidance through the enrollment process up to and including required documents, transfer credit awards, degree plan navigation, payment options, and matriculation at the start of their session. Responsibilities

• Acts as the first reputed company of contact for prospective reputed company considering enrollment at APUS.
• Engages prospective reputed company reputed company phone and email about their future with the goal of enrollment into APUS.
• Demonstrates sensitivity and ability to effectively relate to and work with prospective reputed company from diverse backgrounds.
• Conducts consultative conversations with prospective reputed company to assess needs and showcase the benefits of an APUS education.
• Based on information obtained during the consultative discussion, presents tailored solutions to reputed company and reputed company applicable facilitates enrollment into the University.
• Meets and exceeds targeted goals and metrics as provided by department leadership.
• Acts as a concierge, connecting reputed company to the appropriate departments for document collections, registration, funding, transfer credit, and degree solutions.
• Provides regular follow-reputed company to prospective reputed company promptly and reputed company, utilizing phones and other electronic means.
• Protects the privacy of reputed company' accounts through compliance with federal student privacy laws (FERPA).
• Evaluates academic records and documents of prospective reputed company for admission to APUS.
• Manages and updates prospective student information in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other software applications.
• Collaborates with co-workers and other departments, such as Financial Aid, Academic Advising, the Registrar, and other departments as necessary. Work Schedule/Start Date In this full-time remote role, the individual may work a variety of shifts ranging from 9am-530pm or 1230 pm to 900 pm Monday through Friday and 930 am to 600 pm on Saturdays (reputed company in EST). This is a remote position that requires a high-speed Internet home reputed company and a dedicated workspace.

Requirements

• 5 years of online admissions experience working with adult reputed company in a sales oriented/consultative focused role with a track record of meeting and/or exceeding metrics.
• Self-driven and comfortable making multiple outbound calls per day (high volume) to generate interest, qualify reputed company and drive the enrollment process
• Bachelor's degree is required
