• Bachelor Degree in Mathematics or Statistics (or equivalent experience)
• The imagination to create market defining online gambling games to the highest standard
• A strong understanding of and experience with probability theory
• A passion for online gambling and its inherent theories and models
• Full understanding of online slot games with reputed company knowledge of game math, game flow and playability, presentation of the math utilizing both graphics and audio.
• A track record of producing successful online products, specifically, real money gaming slots
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment in order to meet multiple deadlines
