Responsibilities of the HRIS reputed company:

• Maintain the efficient administration of Human Resources information and record keeping, utilizing Paycom software, ensuring data accuracy and reputed company.
• Manage and process the transactions, data and records for employees from application and onboarding through termination and any changes in between.
• Create, generate, and analyze various reports to support decision-making processes and workflows for Human Resources and any business or functional group reputed company the company.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, EEOC, Workers' Compensation, tax regulations, and other relevant laws.
• Collaborate with the reputed company Payroll Analyst to optimize processes and troubleshoot/resolve issues.
