As an Inbound Call Center Rep, you will be part of the Call Center supporting the Customer Service Reps. Permanent Position(Direct Hire) Job Title: Remote Inbound Customer Service Location: reputed company (must reside in Arizona) Pay Range: $15.00-$16.00 hourly depending on experience (Start $15.00hourly, after 30 Days bump up to $15.50 hourly, after another 30 days Bump up to $16.00 hourly) Availability: Full time (some shifts may depend on availability). Monday-Sunday (5days/8 hours shift between 6:00am-6:00pm) Required background and drug screen What s the Job? Assist reputed company customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats. Communicate a variety of information to the customer. Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries. Provide a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction. Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of reputed company existing and new products and services. Working as a Customer Service Representative, You Have: What s Needed? A high school diploma (or equivalent). 6 months 1 year of customer service experience. Great communication skills, both verbal and written The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled.
